THE MONSTER OF SCHEGGIA

This incident occurred in 1997 when a farmer by the name of Oddo, of about sixty years had gone in a wooded area near Splinter (Italian municipality located in Umbria) to collect firewood.
After parking the car he noticed a hill along a dark figure in the trees thought to be a wild animal. After a few hours spent in the car load the timber accidentally noticed that the figure was in the same spot but to him suspicious was the fact that, as soon as it became aware that he had attracted the attention of man, hid in the nearby bushes.
The man then got into the car and walked backwards to the point that had captured his interest and just before you get something jumped out of the bush and the man's eyes showed a bipedal creature about a meter high and seventies with the body covered with brown hair.
The frightened man fled by car, got home, immediately warned the authorities that, during a stop in the woods, they found a footprint in which it noted the presence of three fingers front and rear of the depth of which he assessed the weight of creature around 170 pounds.
Also on some trees were found tufts of hair dark were taken and sent to laboratories for analysis that never gave answer.
A few days later at the home of Oddo showed a man, saying he was an agent, tried to convince the farmer to declare that he saw a bear coming to insist that there was talk of a touchy subject.
Oddo refused to lie and said he would rather have been silent on the subject.
After this last event in the wooded areas surrounding the village were spotted several bears and over time people began to mock Oddo.
The affair culminates when a second farmer, after being questioned by these "agents", he decided to follow them and after he saw hidden in an abandoned house located in the woods several military and doctors who, after loading on a helicopter a cage, they left.
After quest episode there will be no more sightings of the creature nor the bears that had appeared.
